Questions families actually ask
FAQ
Do I need to visit the office?+
No. Video consultations work. In-person is better when we are reviewing original transcripts or a parent is joining.
Is the first consultation free?+
Study pathway conversations are typically complimentary. Formal visa engagement is scoped in a service agreement. Current Malaysia promotions, including complimentary course and student-visa application support for eligible residents, are confirmed in writing.
