Typically: name, contact details, academic history, intended destination and intake, and any notes you include. Do not send passport scans or financial documents in a first WhatsApp message.

How we use it

To reply, to assess a study or visa pathway, and to meet professional record-keeping duties that apply to registered migration agents. We do not sell your details. The Australian head office may hold the same file because visas are lodged from Australia.
