Who we are
Hays Migration and Education (合思) was built in Adelaide as Move2OZ and now operates as Hays. We are not the global recruitment company of the same first name. Head office is 89 King William Street, Adelaide, with Australian teams also in Melbourne, Hobart and Darwin, plus Qingdao in China. The Kuala Lumpur branch means Malaysians can sit with us in person while the visa is still lodged by the Australian office.

Why an Australian office matters
A KL-only agent can submit a university application. They cannot sit with you after you land, they cannot walk into Home Affairs culture the same way, and they often cannot give immigration assistance under Australian law. Both, on purpose. Course work is education consulting. Visa work is MARA/IAA. Splitting them across two unrelated shops is how files break.
Do you charge students for university applications?+
Many institution applications are funded by partner commissions. Visa work is professional services. We explain fees before you sign. Some Malaysia launch promotions have included complimentary course and student-visa application support for eligible residents, ask for current terms.
