Questions families actually ask
FAQ
Why does it matter that the agents are registered?+
MARA registration (Australia) and an IAA licence (New Zealand) are what legally allow someone to give immigration assistance for a fee. An unregistered counter can book a course but cannot advise on your visa.
Who will I actually deal with as a Malaysian client?+
Usually the Kuala Lumpur branch and an education consultant first, for the course and offer. The student visa is then prepared with a MARA agent in Adelaide. It is one file, one firm.
What languages does the team speak?+
Across the team: Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Vietnamese and English.
